Bill Daly III

Bill Daly is Director of Information Technology at ChenMoore, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations. Since joining the firm in 2013, Bill has overseen the planning, implementation, and management of the technology infrastructure that supports ChenMoore’s multidisciplinary engineering practice. He provides executive leadership for network administration, cloud services, systems integration, cybersecurity, business continuity, software deployment, and enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring the firm’s technology environment remains secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Bill brings more than 30 years of experience in information technology, software development, and systems administration. His expertise includes Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, VB.NET, ASP.NET, enterprise virtualization, cloud identity management, Fortinet security platforms, and custom software development. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented secure remote access solutions, virtualized enterprise server environments, developed custom business applications, managed large-scale technology upgrades, led office technology integrations, and supported complex engineering workflows. His experience also includes vendor management, disaster recovery planning, IT policy development, licensing, telecommunications, and end-user support across multiple office locations.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. His combination of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and commitment to innovation enables ChenMoore to leverage technology that improves operational efficiency, strengthens cybersecurity, and supports exceptional service delivery to clients and project teams throughout the organization.
