Daniel Davila

Daniel Davila, P.E., is Senior Vice President of Markets at ChenMoore, with over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of complex utility infrastructure projects throughout Florida and internationally. As Senior Vice President of Markets, he leads the firm’s strategic market growth initiatives, client development, and business expansion while serving as Principal-in-Charge for major infrastructure programs. Mr. Davila provides executive leadership to multidisciplinary teams delivering water transmission and distribution systems, wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, treatment facilities, utility master planning, and large-scale infrastructure improvements for municipalities, utilities, counties, federal agencies, healthcare systems, educational institutions, and private sector clients.

Mr. Davila is recognized as an expert in trenchless technologies and has served as Project Manager, Engineer of Record, or Senior Engineer for more than 40 horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects involving water mains and force mains ranging from 6-inch distribution systems to 54-inch transmission mains, including numerous intracoastal waterway crossings. His expertise also includes utility infrastructure rehabilitation, potable water storage and pumping facilities, transportation and drainage improvements, and construction management. In addition to his extensive Florida experience, Mr. Davila directed ChenMoore’s Latin America operations, leading the design of hundreds of miles of water and wastewater infrastructure, pump stations, and potable water facilities throughout Panama, Peru, Saudi Arabia, and the Caribbean.

Mr. Davila is a licensed Professional Engineer whose combination of executive leadership, technical expertise, and market knowledge has made him a trusted advisor on some of the region’s most challenging infrastructure programs.
