Patrick Kaimrajh, P.E., is Practice Leader of Private Development and Site Development at ChenMoore, with over 20 years of experience leading civil engineering design, permitting, and construction administration for public and private sector development projects throughout Florida. He leads the firm’s Private Development and Site Development practice, overseeing multidisciplinary teams on commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, residential, institutional, and municipal projects. Mr. Kaimrajh provides strategic leadership from due diligence and entitlement through final design, permitting, bidding, and construction, delivering innovative and practical solutions that meet client objectives while supporting sustainable growth.

Mr. Kaimrajh’s technical expertise includes site development, paving and grading, roadway improvements, stormwater management, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, lift stations, utility infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, traffic control and maintenance of traffic plans, and regulatory permitting. He has successfully managed the preparation of engineering plans, technical reports, cost estimates, and permit applications while overseeing construction administration for complex development and infrastructure projects. He is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, EPA SWMM, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, StormCAD, HY-8, and other industry-leading engineering software, enabling him to develop resilient, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Mr. Kaimrajh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. His collaborative leadership style, technical expertise, and commitment to quality have made him a trusted advisor to developers, municipalities, institutional clients, and public agencies, consistently delivering successful projects that enhance communities and support long-term development objectives.
