Sean Dannelly

Sean Dannelly, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer of ChenMoore and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. With over 25 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and strategic business advisory services, he oversees the firm’s financial operations, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and long-term financial planning. As CFO, Mr. Dannelly provides executive leadership in financial strategy, internal controls, audit compliance, and corporate governance, supporting ChenMoore’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Prior to serving as ChenMoore’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Dannelly founded Paladin Global Partners, LLC, where he provided strategic financial consulting, audit support, succession planning, executive mentoring, and organizational development for professional service firms. He also serves as President of Dannelly, Monteleone & Associates, P.A., where he advises small and medium-sized businesses on tax planning, financial reporting, business strategy, and financial management. His extensive experience in both public accounting and executive financial leadership provides clients and organizations with practical, results-driven financial solutions.

Mr. Dannelly earned both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. His expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational management has helped organizations strengthen financial performance, maintain regulatory compliance, and position themselves for long-term success.
