Suzanne Dombrowski

P.E., ENV SP

Suzanne Dombrowski, P.E., ENV SP, is Vice President, Resources at ChenMoore, bringing more than 21 years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure, utility, stormwater, and transportation projects throughout South Florida. She leads multidisciplinary teams through every phase of project delivery, from planning and hydraulic modeling through design, permitting, bidding, and construction. Suzanne has extensive experience managing continuing services contracts and coordinating with public agencies to deliver complex capital improvement programs for municipalities, utilities, and special districts.

Suzanne’s technical expertise includes stormwater management, hydraulic modeling, water and wastewater utilities, roadway improvements, lift stations, booster pump stations, drainage systems, and site civil engineering for public and municipal facilities. She has led hydraulic modeling efforts ranging from individual lift station evaluations to large, complex utility master plans utilizing Bentley and Innovyze software. Her experience also includes stormwater master plans, neighborhood improvement projects, utility coordination, water and sewer design, permitting, and construction administration. As a project manager, she regularly oversees multidisciplinary consultant teams and successfully delivers projects under continuing services contracts.

Throughout her career in Palm Beach County, Suzanne has developed strong relationships with local regulatory agencies, municipalities, special districts, and contractors that facilitate the efficient design, permitting, and construction of infrastructure projects. She holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP). Suzanne’s technical expertise, collaborative leadership, and deep understanding of municipal infrastructure continue to make her a trusted advisor to clients throughout the region.
