Tim Richter

Tim Richter is Vice President of Corporate Services and Governance at ChenMoore, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry. He provides executive leadership for the firm’s corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate operations, ensuring ChenMoore maintains the professional, corporate, and business licenses required to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions. Tim also oversees internal controls, governance processes, and operational initiatives that support the firm’s continued growth and organizational excellence.

Prior to joining ChenMoore, Tim served as President of Richter Resources, where he developed extensive experience in executive leadership, strategic partnerships, and business operations. His expertise includes corporate governance, compliance management, risk mitigation, licensing administration, operational strategy, and organizational management. Through his collaborative leadership approach, Tim works closely with executive teams to strengthen business processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and support efficient operations across the firm’s multidisciplinary practice.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Florida State University. His combination of financial acumen, operational leadership, and governance expertise helps ensure ChenMoore maintains the strong corporate foundation necessary to support exceptional client service, sustainable growth, and long-term organizational success.
