Wendy Radeka is Director of Learning & Organizational Development at ChenMoore, where she leads the firm’s talent development, leadership training, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development initiatives. She is responsible for advancing learning strategies that strengthen employee engagement, leadership capabilities, succession planning, and organizational performance across the firm’s multidisciplinary practice. Wendy partners with executive leadership to develop programs that foster a high-performing culture and support ChenMoore’s continued growth.

Wendy brings extensive experience in executive and organizational development, talent management, strategic workforce planning, performance management, and leadership coaching. Prior to joining ChenMoore, she served as an executive leader for a multistate, private equity-backed healthcare organization, where she led enterprise-wide talent and people initiatives supporting organizational growth and transformation. In 2013, she founded Talented Leader, providing executive coaching and organizational consulting services to help leaders and organizations strengthen performance, build resilient teams, and navigate change. Her experience across both public company and private equity environments has established her as a trusted advisor in leadership development, organizational strategy, and culture transformation.

Wendy holds multiple professional certifications in human resources, executive coaching, and behavioral assessments. Her passion for developing people, strengthening organizations, and enhancing the human experience enables ChenMoore to continue investing in its greatest asset, its people, while building the leadership capacity necessary to deliver exceptional client service and long-term organizational success.
