2025

ChenMoore provided planning, urban design, and public engagement services to support the City of Lake Worth Beach’s downtown redevelopment and ongoing planning initiatives. The work combined visioning, GIS mapping, planning support, and extensive community outreach to create a shared vision for future redevelopment.

The City of Lake Worth Beach retained ChenMoore to provide planning consultant services supporting downtown redevelopment and ongoing City planning needs. Services included coordination with City staff, contractors, residents, and stakeholders, as well as assistance with land development regulations, planning studies, and implementation activities.

ChenMoore prepared vision renderings, urban design graphics, GIS mapping, data analysis, and presentation materials to communicate redevelopment concepts and support planning decisions for downtown and civic open spaces.

A proactive Public Participation Program (4Ps) included branding, QR-code surveys, community kiosks, design charrettes, open houses, one-on-one stakeholder meetings, public workshops, roundtables, and a strong social media presence. The outreach process built consensus and informed the Master Plan.

ChenMoore also attended meetings, coordinated communications among project stakeholders, reviewed planning studies and plans, and provided ongoing planning support to advance City initiatives.
