ChenMoore developed the Cooper City Landscape Master Plan and Design Guidelines to establish a cohesive visual identity and guide future public realm improvements throughout the City. Through extensive stakeholder engagement and community input, the project created a framework for consistent branding, landscape architecture, and streetscape enhancements supporting long-term capital investment.
ChenMoore prepared the Cooper City Landscape Master Plan and Design Guidelines to provide a comprehensive vision for enhancing the City’s public spaces, rights-of-way, and overall community character. The planning effort evaluated existing conditions throughout the City and identified opportunities where landscape and streetscape improvements would provide the greatest public benefit.
The project team analyzed public spaces, gateways, and corridors to establish priorities for redevelopment and future capital improvements. A key objective was creating a consistent visual identity that could be implemented throughout parks, streetscapes, civic spaces, and transportation corridors.
ChenMoore facilitated multiple stakeholder meetings and public workshops to gather community input regarding aesthetics, branding, and desired character. The design team translated this feedback into conceptual branding elements and refined the concepts through an iterative public review process.
The final Landscape Master Plan and published Design Guidelines were adopted by Cooper City to establish consistent standards for signage, site furnishings, lighting, hardscape, and landscape design. The resulting guidelines provide a long-term framework for implementing coordinated public improvements and strengthening the City’s identity.
