ChenMoore served as the prime consultant providing engineering services during construction for Phase 1B of the South County Reclaimed Water Transmission Pipeline for the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department. The project supported expansion of the regional reclaimed water system through construction oversight, engineering coordination, and inspection services for approximately 1.5 miles of new 24-inch reclaimed water transmission main.

Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department retained ChenMoore as the prime consultant to provide engineering services during construction for the South County Reclaimed Water Transmission Pipeline Phase 1B project. The project represents the next phase in expanding reclaimed water infrastructure throughout South Palm Beach County, extending the regional reclaimed water transmission system to support long-term water reuse initiatives.

Construction included approximately 1.5 miles of 24-inch reclaimed water transmission main and associated appurtenances along Lyons Road. The improvements were completed as part of the phased buildout of the County’s reclaimed water system to expand service capacity and improve the reliability of reclaimed water delivery.

ChenMoore provided comprehensive construction engineering and inspection services throughout project implementation. Responsibilities included field observation, coordination with the contractor and project stakeholders, monitoring construction progress, reviewing contractor submittals and shop drawings for compliance with contract documents, and providing technical support during construction.

Additional services included preparation of progress reports, review of contractor invoices and pay applications, project documentation, and construction administration support to facilitate successful project delivery. Through proactive oversight and coordination, ChenMoore helped ensure construction quality, schedule compliance, and successful implementation of this critical reclaimed water infrastructure project.
