Wendy Radeka is Chen Moore’s Vice President of People, bringing extensive expertise in executive and organizational development, talent management, strategic workforce planning, and human resources. She has a strong history of delivering impactful people strategies that drive business performance and foster thriving workplace cultures.
Before joining Chen Moore, Wendy held executive leadership roles in multi-state, private equity–backed and non-profit healthcare organizations, where she spearheaded enterprise-wide talent and organizational initiatives. Her diverse experience spans both publicly-traded companies and privately-held environments, with a strong focus on high-growth and turnaround situations.
Wendy holds multiple professional certifications in human resources, executive coaching, behavioral assessments, and change management. She is deeply committed to elevating the employee experience and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
