CMA Project Receives LEED Gold Certification

The Nancy J Cotterman Center has achieved LEED Gold Certification by U.S. Green Building Council! The proposed project consists of the design and construction of the NHCC Broward County treatment center facility in Oakland Park, Florida. The site is approximately 2 acres and it will have a 2-story building of approximately 28,000-gsf.  CMA is the Civil Engineer of Record and the Landscape Architect of Record, providing demolition, paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, signage and marking, landscape, hardscape and irrigation design, permitting, and construction administration services. CMA is working on the project with Saltz Michelson Architects.
