Wendy Radeka is CMA’s Director of Learning & Organizational Development, bringing deep expertise in executive and organizational development, talent management, and strategic workforce planning. Before joining CMA, she served as an executive leader at a multistate, private equity–backed medical company and has led enterprise wide talent and people programs for large systems. Wendy holds professional certificates in HR, coaching, and behavioral assessments, and in 2013 she founded Talented Leader to provide coaching and consulting to organizations. Her experience across public company and private equity environments, particularly in growth and turnaround contexts, underpins her strengths in strategic planning, performance management, and brand growth. Her mission is to enhance the human experience and deliver successful outcomes.
